Who is Eurothug?

Eurothug is an up-and-coming German rapper known for his powerful yet melodic style. According to Viberate, he has emerged as a:

“Contemporary hip-hop musician from Germany who has gained recognition for his distinctive aesthetic and catchy rhythms”.

Eurothug manages to combine classic hip-hop elements with modern beats, leaving a lasting impression with his fluid word play and a captivating, narrative tone.

Private life & influences

Eurothug has already lived a full life – and that shapes his sound. In 2017, for example, he spent six months in custody before being acquitted. “My record is still clean” he says looking back, and it perfectly fits the stereotype of a rapper. This experience, combined with the influences of the US barracks at the French border, where southern rap was ubiquitous, shaped him both as a human being and as an artist. His gloomy debut Elm Street testifies to this.

Ever since his first studio sessions in 2022, he has developed his own style of German rap, which has given the New Wave a new perspective. BeatsbyA from the BrokeBoys has been an important companion by his side since the beginning. Scepticism as to whether rap can really be a perspective gave way to confidence in his art.

Eurothug has been very musically active recently: “Houston”, a collaboration with Caramel19, was released on June 27, 2025. Other highlights from 2025 include “TOPPING”, “Bucks” “REICH OHNE BANKEN” and the EP “Kilometer”, which is supplemented by the EP “Accermann” (Deluxe) from 2024, whereas the single “LEDECKY” (released in February 2025) also shows his versatility in German hip-hop/rap.
His biggest tracks like ”Brechen und Biegen”, “Job”, “Elm Street” and many more are visualised. These are the songs that have made him a rising star of the scene.
