Tom Nevermann and Hauke von der Brelje are behind The Musicbrokers.

Tom is a managing partner at TMB, publishers and A&R. In the past, he worked, among other things, as a tour & studio drummer, tour manager and radio & TV promoter. In his time at Columbia Records/SONY Music, he worked as A&R Manager. At AMV Tapla Music Publishing, he was also Head of Song Marketing. He brings to The Musicbrokers his versatile and many years of experience in the areas of A&R, publishing, song marketing, song writing camps and co-writing-sessions, management and network and develops and coordinates complex concepts.

Hauke is also a managing partner at TMB and is a lawyer with his own law firm in Hamburg, specialising in music law. He has been a lawyer in the music industry since 2000. His clients include established Echo award winners and many newcomers. He brings his expertise to The Musicbrokers both in the fields of business and legal affairs, finance, licenses, bills and in artist management, as well as in the development and coordination of (marketing) concepts & song writing camps.
